BootSkin ... in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Everytime I try to import a newly downloaded .bootskin file, BootSkin gives me an error saying: There was an error importing the file. Possible causes are a corrupt skin file, or a read-only skin directory. My problem with that is that it does it on EVERY .bootskin file, not just on 1. What is going on?? Why can't I import the new bootskin files??
