i got the problem solved. I was installing it on a external hard drive and it didnt run quick enough i guess. Thanks for helping me though. :) ~SDC~

I downoaded v. 1.3.0 and extracted it to my harddrive. I open it up and I fill out the options. I click edit|Techs and an error saying: Run-time error '7': "Run out of memory" or sumthing like that, could sumone please figure out whats wrong and email me at [email protected] what i need to do, and post tips for modding 2 ;) ~SDC~

i was playing my game with everyone on fool (for fun) and then it was the united planets meeting and i voted to not share any technology and the winner was b-4 tecnologys and then i hit done and it froze. please squish this bug ~SDC~
