Missing upload in WinCustomize Site Issues WinCustomize Forums

I submitted a wallpaper 4 days ago and finally got upload notification this morning. However the link was empty and the wall was no where to be seen. I checked under "my skins" and found it was still in moderation. Any help and/or explanation on this latest "glitch" would be much appreciated. The last 4 or 5 things Ive submitted have had some sort of "glitch" in the upload process,,this tends to get bloody annoying after awhile. I saw earlier that

You have to have all the frames, 57 in your case, as one png. I dont think just putting them altogether will work, they need to be in what is called a panorama image. Do that in photoshop or infaview or similar program. Then take it to DX and make it an object. Under states/animation tab put in number of frames eg 57 and then the frames per ms, trial and error what looks best. Remember to have "loop" checked of otherwise animation will stop straight aw

I wasnt trying to "defame" Wincustomize in my first post, just stating that the "cogs" that make the Wincustomize wheels turn need a little oil. I recently uploaded a widget as I have on previous occassions. After waiting 4 days I get upload notification in email telling me my widget needs to be re-uploaded to Objects section because the widget I submitted is not a stand alone programme and needs DX installed to run it. What the hell,,all widgets need DX installed on computer to run. Someone, eg administrator/moderator has confused widgets with gadgets or has someone changed the game

One of the main reasons given for site problems is always "too much traffic, too many visitors and not enough money, eg subscribers". If that is the case why is it that non-subscribers are allowed to upload screenshot after screenshot day after day after day. Surely this takes up room, time and resources. Screen shots uploaded by non-subscribers offer nothing to Wincustomise or its paying customers, all they do is feed the egos of those uploading them

This sites been nothing less than comical since its last "makeover". Even now as I look in the "this just in" column I see everything in triplicate. One cock up after another. Another makeover,,nah,,a complete demolition and rebuild.

I just checked WB.EXE on my own computer. I'm currently using VectorCell and found it was using 1.7mb. I then went to control panel/performance and changed setting from "let windows decide" to "for best performance" then checked again and its now only using 668k.

I also like this programme and have been using it since the first release. I wrote about the problem danillo mentions in the forums but as usual got no replies so its a little strange that its now been released when there are known bugs in it. Also, with the latest release version I cannot get it to start up automatically with windows and every time I start it manually I get the edit menu coming on first. That all said I still think its a great program

Right Click in DesktopX WinCustomize Forums

I just love the new Right Click programme, Ive been using it for a couple of months now. My question is why do the mouse overs on some blinds not seem to work correctly, eg the new blind Kuantum. I have all the latest WB, DX versions etc and most blinds are fine but just a few look really crappy with right click. Any ideas? Cheers Buzzz

My point is ,, that at the moment there arent any rules as such, only common sense and unless rules are made you are always gonna get people that go overboard. So make rules otherwise stop bitching about those people. And Jafo if you do have the power of approval why did you approve so many screenshots by a certain person. Show off your favorite desktop configuration by uploading a screenshot of your desktop!. This is the description at top of screenshots library. It doesnt mention any rules or the number of screenshots allowed per day, week or month. Either change name of libray, change description of library or add some rules for library.
