The problem is in the pallets. Both the main picture and the progress bar need to have the same pallet of colors. When the progress bar is loaded its pallet is loaded for the entire screen. If the colors are different in the pallets or in different location it will change the picture. The Pictures are basically a paint by number, one section uses color 0 (red) another uses 5 (black). The picture uses the number to find the color in the pallet, if the progress bars pallet have
