Are you using the letters & numbers that are found in the address bar after you have arrived at the web page that shows your current weather as shown in the picture above ? It's My Secret edit....too slow..

Unless there is new information SkinStudio is not yet Vista ready see... HERE With XP I just click on the Msstyle and SkinStudio automatically starts the process...not sure how that will work in Vista It's My Secret
