Reply to Bug Report for v1.12.079 in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

Since installing 1.12, I only ever seem to get the ~UP HQ~ UP event i.e. sector x and neighbouring sectors gets +50 Influence fr 2 years, even after researching diplomacy. i.e. the same topic comes up at UP meetings every single time. I have not received any other UP topics since downloading the patch. At least 6 or 7 meetings. Theoretically possible just on a random basis, but I suspect a new bug may have slipped in....
