sorry doortech, your initial response has been screwed by the site. It looks like you hit the return key after every letter and is posted side by side with the OP. I kind of like the rankings unfortunately there is no specific criteria to use for one to monitor their progression, meaning there's an arbitrary factor of personalities that effect people's promotions. to maximise my site experience I've been only checking out recent posts and scanning down the category listing for those headings that interest me.
