upload issues in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

in attempting to upload a blind I received this error notice. I turned on flash for the upload but it is version 10 (don't know if this is still a problem) suggestions?

listed for the graphic "search field background" the frame count is 5 however the frame order only lists 4 components. which is correct and what is missing if the frame count should be 5?
