What about galactic wonders? I captured a planet with one from a minor once and the benefit never showed up on my stats :notsure: is there a way 'round this?

Is there anything you can do to affect how often they crop up? I have gone 5 or 6 relatively long games in which I played all the way through and got 2 or *maybe* 3 events. I have never gotten to experiment with any of the alignment specific techs or anything because I never get a chance to change my alignment, and I sort of feel like I am missing out on an aspect of the game. I've tried luck +25 and +50 as well as creativity, and none seemed to make a noticable differance. I have the latest ver
