I noticed on several skins, where there's a shadow on the title bar, like the Vista skins, you don't get the sizing cursor until your at the top edge of the shadow, rather than the top edge of the title bar. Is there a way I can fix this using Skin Studio?

Fixed! I apparently disabled toolbar skinning and didn't realize it. I guess I misunderstood what Neil was trying to say, or I would have picked up on that right away. Anyway, thanks for the help, guys!

With WB running and Management Studio skinned, when I mouse over the part that normally says something like "Query executed successfully", I get an exception... ************** Exception Text ************** System.ArgumentException: Given combination of Class, Part, and State is not defined by the current visual style. at System.Windows.Forms.VisualStyles.VisualStyleRenderer..ctor(String className, Int32 part, Int32 state) at System.Windows.Forms.StatusBar.get_VisualSty

I have tried 8 or so different skins, including many of the ones that come with WB. If I add IE to the Per Application list, excluding it completely, the tabs show up correctly. I've tried various configurations in the Per Application settings, and if I'm not totally excluding it, the tabs don't show up. Just tried this at home and it doesn't seem to be a problem there. Could it be an issue with NVidia vs. ATI drivers? Info from home: STATUS : WB+ SRV+ HLP+ UI+ TRAY+ <

I'm also having problems with Internet Explorer 7. Basically with any skin other than 'Windows XP Style' loaded I lose the taskbar in IE 7 that has the tabs, home button, print, tools, etc., and there's no way of getting it back without unloading the skin. Has anyone else come across this problem? I am having this problem as well. Here's my info: STATUS : WB+ SRV+ HLP+ UI+ TRAY+ WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC.

Just renewed my subscription and installed the latest WB and WFX. I noticed that he SmartPAR window will not show unless it's added to the exclusion list. Also, I can run games OK, but when I minimize World of Warcraft, it refuses to restore. Or perhaps it restores, but it's invisible. The only way I can get it back is to unload WinFX. I'm running on an AMD 64 3800+ with an ATI X1950XT with latest Catalyst drivers.

Hippy, I don't disagree. However, if your sole concern is pleasing yourself, why share your creation in the first place? My intent here isn't to dictate skinning policy, by the way. I'm simply pointing out something that many might not be aware of. Use this knowledge as you will. In the mean time, I'll

Please note that on WinXP, when your computer is part of a network domain, you don't get that cool little picture on your start menu (to the left of your name). When creating your WB skins, please keep this in mind. Don't add borders for a picture that may not be there.
