DN/GC CD Keys? What's the difference? in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

I purchased Galciv from GoGamer.com about a week ago. When I try to register Galciv through Stardock Central, I get an error message saying that the e-mail address I've provided doesn't match the e-mail address used when purchasing the game. The game came in a sealed box and was not pre-owned. I have already e-mailed Stardock support about the problem but have not received an answer.
