Skinartistry Quarterly Contests in OS Customization JoeUser Forums

In the spirit of competition, Skinartistry.com will be having a quarterly contest for the best Skinz and Wallz on the site. Let's call it a little motivation. I believe that even though most skinners are not paid to skin but rather get enjoyment out of their work, should get a little something for their efforts. After all we spend a fair amount of time making skinz and wallz for others at our expense. So this site will reward some of those efforts. So here are the rules... 1. Membersh
