I like the feel of it. The theme is nice, and comfortable. The colors are not hard on your eyes, that is until you get to the mouseovers on the menu bar...if you tone the color down a little bit or even make the color match the BG color of the cells, it should work out fine. Its a combination of wincustomize bootskin (which isnt shown, but emulates the Mac OS X boot screen) then, the windows log-in screen is also changed to emulate the Mac OS X log-on (I forget the program name right off, but it is accurate) then...I used object dock for the menu at the bottom (I made the gaming icons with photoshop by combining some of the icons available at the Icon X download site.
