Reply to Fixes for German + French crashes, And Clean Data files in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

I thought I ask before I try it: should I also install those datafiles (using german version here) if I updated to the recent 1.13 version? or will the bugs and crashed be gone there anyway?
