After using Groupy for a few days, I found myself wishing there was a "lock group" option. Once I've got a group of windows together, sometimes I just want to have that group stay as-is. No dragging in and no accidentally dragging out. A checkbox in the title bar menu could do the job.

Haven't heard back from support yet. What's the usual wait time before they address this sort of thing?

My Fences are crashing: Windows 10 Pro build 16299.98 Observed with Fences 3.05 and 3.08 Attempting to navigate up a folder in a Folder Portal results in an explorer crash and a "bug splat" window appearing. Fences re-appear after explorer restarts but the folder portal is still stuck in the lower folder. The crash causes Explorer to throw a 0xC0000005 error. A similar issue was mentioned <a href="../479383/Fences-shutting-itself-o

For all we know, he bought the beta. I noticed that we have gone beyond discouraging illegal downloading. Now, people textually mob anyone claiming to have a Windows Vista or any other moderately expensive piece of software. I believe that were I convicted of anything, I would like to be innocent before guilty.

In what seems to be an acute case of dyslexia, I accidentally posted this as a news item first. I personally chalk that up to youth.

For the longest time, I thought that I was among peers (in the sense of age) on this site. It has come to my attention, however, that many of the patrons of this site have crested their thirties and beyond. This makes me feel incredibly young, and not in a good way. I see myself now as playing in the sandbox of customization while others build its monuments. For those of you who were not aware, I am 18 years old and preparing to begin my college career

Skinning is not art. It is the manipulation of electronic data to produce a desired appearance. Painting is not art. It is the arrangement of paint. Sculpture is not art. It is the mere reshaping of earthen material. Dance is not art. It is just a bunch of jumping around for nothing. Music is not art. It is just well arranged noise. *gets hit in face with bat*

That probably means that the spawning period is over. Windows CE will come out of your stomach in a violent bloody explosion while you are asleep. Then it will ravage the globe...

Surely you can appreciate gustatory art. I recommend scoping the scene out online and finding some dining that fits your tastes. This may sound quaint, but I had some oriental food at a P.F.Changs in Vegas that has yet to be rivaled. I gave it two buds up.

Grab a 12 guage and shoot the WindowsME CD. Then urinate on it. Then burn it. Windows ME is the Microsoft bastard love child. Don't ride the fence. Go buy XP Home Edition. If you are on a "beer budget", you might consider 2000. But please, avoid ME (windows me, of course).

I am fundamentally an organized person. When I see a clean skin with sharp lines, good color, and good design, I download it. I think that skinning is an expression of personality. Below are a list of my favorite WB skins. Consider it a biography of sorts. X-FHL by J.J. Ying Royal Inspirat SE by Stefanka iBar 4 Brushed iTunes theme by Dartbra (pai

To quote Microsoft: "Minimum system requirements will not be known until summer 2006 at the earliest. However, these guidelines provide useful estimates: 512 megabytes (MB) or more of RAM A dedicated graphics card with DirectX® 9.0 support A modern, Intel Pentium- or AMD Athlon-based PC." Who has that and no DVD ROM?

Eh. Just load some DesktopX stuff. It's *shameless plug* much better for your colon and your feel more fullfilled after putting a theme of your own together. Or, I think that ObjectBar skins like this program are available.
