Well Myrrander I will be trying to get as much of that form of beauty 'sleep' as possible! Actually, I try to get as much of that as I can anyway - regardless of it's cosmetic uses

Or i could just tell you to fear his absence more than his presence Ahhh... but here in lies the problem! I seem to avoid situations where I would fear someone's absence. If I did that they could go and leave me and I'd be all sad <B

The woman got pregnant all on her own? No male participation required? Yet you claim that MEN have the right to tell her what to do about it? Astounding logic. Just the point I was about to make! Thank you - I can't believe this one slipped by. This issue is never going to be resolved to everyo

So it’s true. I’m not happy about it, but sometimes there are things in life that you have to accept. It’s not big and it’s certainly not clever and it’s really not helping at all. But there it is, all the same. I’m a commitment phobe. There, I said it. I, Suzanne Elizabeth Koch, am a commitment phobe. Welcome to this week’s meeting

Suspeckted--I cannot believe someone didn't catch and/or mention that yet. I was rolling with laughter when I read that. Bravo, bravo. I was giggling too, don't you worry!

I am G.W.Bush Jr. blogging with the pseudonym olikara Oh dear god. And I'm that Kerry guy. Shit! Do you think anyone will think this is suspect?

Perhaps we all need to find something better to do with our time? This thread interests me - too much perhaps. Then I realise 'Do I really, actually care? Does it have any bearing on my life?' Not at all. Dirty old man, hot chick, porn star, whatever. Whoever it is, is getting themselves some nice publicity out of this. Screw it. The blog in question isn't even interesting anyway!

(Before I say this you must know that I'm already embarrassed by my choice of phrase but it's the only one that springs to mind) YOU GO GIRL! Go for what you want. Knowing what you're looking for is the first part of the battle. Best of luck to you!

I'm with you babe. I was only really, really into JU for a while there, but I'm still lurking about. I never have anything that I think is valuable to say and, to be honest, I've become really crap at keeping up with people's blogs so my comments are sporadic at best. I suppose, as with all things, there are the glory days and then things move on. Sometimes faster than we'd like. You make this place so much brighter and happier by your mere

The thing that concerns me most after the fact that he didn't know the technical term for one of his (I'm assuming) favourite past times is that he was prepared to wander around a bar shouting a girl's name that had obviously run off and left. Egomaniac? Yes! Most people admit defeat and slink away. If he's this stupid he deserves it! Great article, as always. When did the capitals return??? Suz xxx <TABLE cellpadding=

Good to see you back babe. Your article reminded me of an ad for Legoiste aftershave that bore the quote 'For the man that walks the fine line between arrogance and confidence'. I actually think that the line between these two isn't that fine at all. Arrogance is based on a kind of fear - of what others think, of making the grade, of making sure everyone knows that you are good enough. Confidence is public self acceptance - it's not about wh

hey tina, Thanks for reading, if indeed you did. It is actually very poor ettiquette to make a bland comment then refer someone to your own blog. If you want readers be interesting and insightful, don't ask for them. I will check out your site to show I have no hard feelings, but you will piss a lot of people off around here with this sort of behaviour. Suz xxx

Did I miss something where Gene was involved in this????? Gene said that it was his new 'must read' blog in the Masturbation article. I don't think it's an attack, just a jibe. But then I'm never too sure about the politics around here! As for Manya, I thought something was up. 'She' sounds ve

Hey man, Sorry to hear that things aren't going so well for you at the moment. I was going to say something pithy like 'You can be thankful that you have your folks to move back in with' but who likes living with their folks, hey? All I can say is this - things will get better. They always do. Take some time out, relax and attack life again. The one pithy thing I will say is that I don't believe in failure. Sometimes there are

Hey! Welcome to JU! You should find most people pretty friendly around here (as long as you avoid the political forums - they bore me to tears anyway, especially as I'm not American!) I'm Suz and I'm Australian but live in London. I'm only around here sporadically but know how nice it is to be welcomed when you join something like this. I hope you enjoy your time here!

How can you have a problem with two men kissing on tv. If you don't want to watch, turn off the tv. I think the problem that's being addressed here is that when something that some people don't want to see is on an ad the choice to not watch is taken away. There are warnings for sexually explicit scen

Hey babe! I'm sorry to hear that the Sandman's forgotten your address I wish I could offer some advice but I just don't know. Warm milk? More exercise (but not close to bedtime)? A bedtime ritual (hey - it works for children)? I just don't know. You take care of yourself. Hopefully sleep will come back and be your friend soon! Suz xxx

You are spot on! My grandmother always told me that you measure a person not on how they treat someone who is held in high esteem but rather the people they come into contact with in the rigmoral of every day life - such as a waitress, shop hand or bus driver. It's an effective way to tell if someone's really nice because these are the situations where they do not perceive to get anything from pleasant interaction except, well, pleasant interaction. Re

Have you yourself tried any of the bottled baby food? To say that it tastes like cardboard would be mean to paper goods! I put tonnes of herbs and garlic and spices and stuff in Jake's food so now when we have to resort to a bottle he just spits it out. Didn't think that one through, did I? His current favourite is a chicken curry with peas and sweet potato. He's going to be the weird kid at school who has funny lunches when everyone else has vegemite

My other fave was Round the Twist. Gotta love Paul Jennings! I'm sorry too migs. Talk about hijacking the thread!
