Hmmm.... Let me see... Vertical titlebars with true vertical text for one. Layered titlebar buttons. i.e. you mouse over an area of the titlebar and it reveals the buttons below. Separate images for the start menu border and icon areas. That way the menu could be skinned much like a window and would allow greater flexibility for tiling the background of the icon area (a limitation I ran into with Marauder). Animation for the start panel items. That's

Personally and professionally we stick with Verisign for anything related to domain names. You get full control over it right from the start and if you ever need help for whatever reason you can call them and get a real live person! We've had nothing but positive experiences with them. At last count we had around 50 different domain names with them and no problems.

Usually it seems to be a caching problem and dumping the browsers cache fixes it but in the case of some skins they are zipped incorrectly. An example is Xtreme Blue by DS-CUZTOMS. The wba file is actually inside a wba file along with some fonts. Obviously he created the wba then added the fonts and uploaded a zip file which automatically got renamed to a wba. Clear as mud? Just follow Chris' advice but, in this case anyway, rename it with a zip extention and open it with a zipping utility.

Boston would be cool for me also since I work there. But instead of 1 large get together, how about smaller regional ones? It may be easier to get more people involved it it were a simpler adventure.

Akhil: Make sure your preview is in jpg format and that you zip the wall itself (per the upload page). If you've done all that and still can't get it uploaded perhaps you should email an admin for help. Of course this is assuming you did not receive a moderation notification email. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles

Damn! 4 walls and you reached the 100 meg limit! Where are these huge walls? Must be some killer details in there to be so big! Bill: Personally I think it's great to have the old baker back! Nobody wields the poison pen better!

Boza, judging from your own immature rantings I have no doubts about the bs. (your shoveling, that is) hmmm... I could be wrong but I don't think WinCusto accepts filter swirlies in the wallpaper section. Just a thought.

My design box is a PIII 866 w/2 40GB drives and 512MB RAM and a 1.5GB swap file. I recently had to move some stuff off it to a network drive as it was down to 300MB free! I've got an Athlon XP1800 w/1 60GB drive and 256MB RAM that I use for testing and it's about half full. The rest of my network has about 300GB of space and is about 60% utilized (almost time for another file server!). Hi Doreen! <i

Save yourself some potential grief and just delete the shortcut, all those files together probably don’t add up to 200kb so why bother? If memory serves me correctly, you’ll only see the IE logo as a file if you have a “branded” version of IE. If you do it will probably be somewhere in the IE folder inside the “Program Files” folder.

Koasati: Loads of features, many new to 3.4 - flashing task buttons, spinner controls, tree controls, grouped task menus, mouseover effects on checkboxes and radio buttons, an animated start button and auto installation of fonts. My personal favorite is the start panel item backgrounds - really gives a finished look to the skin.

Beacon for WindowBlinds by MikeB314 This skin is absolutely amazing! Tons of features and very clean execution, I’m just astounded at the completeness of it. The downside of it is that it has just further delayed any new or updated skins by me just so that I can take the time to learn from it! I’m already behind schedule with “Assimilated” due to Service Pack 3’s decision to eat my mail server, now I got all this extra work to do! Thanks Mike! <img src="http://images.stardo
