License Stopped Working, Cannot Re-Activate in Multiplicity Stardock Forums

Hello, One of our Multiplicity hosts suddenly complained that the license has expired. This is a Multiplicity 4 Pro license purchased about a month ago. I attempted to re-activate, but it tells me that the license key is invalid. I copied it directly from the email I received from Stardock. Please advise. Thanks, Kerry
