Oh. I fornd the partition problem. There was three partitions on the drive. the first time I only deleted two thinking that the space would combine with the third when I reformated it. "wrong" I had to delete all three partitions to completely remove partitions and make for one unpartioned space before I reformated. Works fine now. And Jafo thanks again for the lite step links. When Im done with my friends PC im going to give it another shot. cross your fingers. <img

#4 by essorant To to clarify, if you don't have a 'themes' folder inside your 'iconx' folder (I didn't), create one, then copy your 'whatever.states' file from your 'presets' folder into your new 'themes folder and rename it to 'whatever.ixtheme'. You should then find it in the IconX config in the themes tab. Hope it is ok to copy paste this. If not please forgive me. Looked Helpful. [Message Edited]

However, I did'nt mean to take anything away from the admins. This web site is the first to show me that the internet is not a jumbled mess of links and information, but more a place that has substance and integrity. I learned that because of the people that I interact with here such as you HG, and the others I listed. Jafo at the top of my

Try reading what you plan to post to yourself and then decide if there is anymore information about your problem that could help someone to help you. What is it that you want? What is it that you cant get? What have you tried? And what were the re
