Yes, it does. We can mark this one as resolved. I reset my PC and it started working. Drastic solution but I felt like it had to be some kind of misconfiguration on my end.

Crash on startup in Object Desktop Stardock Forums

I just reinstalled Object Desktop after having removed it several months ago and now it crashes on startup. Event codes 1026 and 1000.... The first attempted launch after reboot shows the "Checking for Updates" splash for several seconds. Subsequent attempts do not show that splash. I am on Win 11 24H2
