Thanks for the assistance. Expanding the window and restarting explorer works for a time and then the problem returns. Restarting explorer every time the problem arises is not a practical solution. So, for now I have uninstalled Start 11 on the three computers.

I have a problem with an app. that locks the taskbar. I have change settings in Start11, but nothing helps.
