Stardock ForumsThanks. It ended up being Windows. I uninstalled Start11 and it still hid. I disabled "Optimize taskbar..." and that fixed it. I then reinstalled Starr11. Thanks for the replies.

Version 2.53 There doesn't appear to be an option to disable autohide.
