Macintosh Control-Panel-like object bar? in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Does anyone know where/if I can find an object bar that works like the one used on macintoshes to access the control panel? It's kind of trapazoidal... has this been mimicked in any other skinning tool? thanks
