The same thing has happened here. Communist Nazis called the Home Owners Association is threatening to foreclose on his house because he didn't get permission for his flag pole and he doesn't want to take it down. Not that he is behind in any payments. People complain about their rights being taken away bt the Patriot Act, when in fact it is the Home Owners Association that has taken your rights away.
