Whenever I read stuff like this it reminds me of that song by the Eagles, Get Over It We got a Darwin law where I live that if an emergency service has to rescue you because you were stupid; you’re going to pay for the emergency services. Somebody contested it once and the judge pretty much said that nobody has a constitutional right to be stupid at taxpayes expense.
