Sorry, I forgo to clarify this occurs on my 2nd monitor. Main desktop is unaffected. though windows work on the screen, they only size to the half of the desktop not covered by the taskbar. Very frustrating.

No matter what I do I get this about half the time when I resume from sleep. Never when I start the pc. Also: Start11 could use a forum category, unless I missed it. Moved to Start Menu Products
