Xicons, http://www.xicons.com put up a small tutorial for those who would like to convert Mac icons to XP. Remember to convert responsibly. Ask for permission before distributing.

There is also a plug-in, for Photoshop, available from the IconFactory @ http://www.iconfactory.com/iconbuilder.asp The only downfall is it's price. I've used it on a Macintosh for icon conversion of personal use and it's fantastic.
You can right click on the icon in the start menu and then chose to "pin to the start menu". This option will make it permanent so it will always show in the menu. Right clicking it again will give you the option of removing it.
I believe the "about" dialogue says it is created with Macromedia Flash. Very animated. When you click on a box it animates in either the up or down direction. The background also moves around. The actual interface kind of reminds me of an airport x-ray scanner looking at machinery.

The skin, I couldn't remember, was "Green Machine" by Mercury.
Grayhaze, A couple of years back, another popular WB artist, coincidentally by the name of Mercury, ported a Kaleidoscope skin. This was not received to well by the Kaleidoscope community. IIRC, he did not receive permission, but did credit the author. I still have the original, before it was pulled, and also the reworked one. The new version was a much better skin. It looks like the some of the boys that ran the former aqua-soft.org have rejoined to start MacXP.net. They have converted OSX icons(apparently non-rips), wallpaper, and skins available for download.
Glen: Do you like Wawa's Dark Roast? I'm torn over the Caramel coffee they have out now. It can be a tad too sweet but I also found that itdepends on which store you go and get it from.

I've tried it on Mac to convert OSX icons to my WinXP computer and its real nice. A little steep in price though.
