Veblen, You seem to be a pro at this game. I have been trying to read all the posts on this subject, but for some reason this forum loads very slowly on my PC. I would greatly apreciate it if you could answer a couple questions on the relative spending sliders. I apoloize if all these questions have been previously answered elsewere may times before. Let's call the percentage of factory capacity funded P (as above) and the percentage of research capacity funded E. <br/

[/quote] I think the AMMs are cheesy b/c they are so powerfull the take away the need for capital ships. And who's ever heard missiles traveling with an invasion fleet anyway?. They should be changed so you can only fire them once from the planet by selecting a target. After that they would act like homing missiles and you'd lose control of them. This way

I love this game. The AI is incredible. I think it has soooo much potential. Here's my wish list, 1.- Planets that don't produce social (or military) projects should have less spending. This way you yet back a fraction of the unused resources in the form of money (for example 100pu that are idle only cost 25bc instead of the full 100pc). Think about it, shouldn't the cost of an empty factory with a lonely security guard be smaller than the cost of a factory full of busy workers?. A
