Thanks for everyone's input. Something appeared to be out of whack in the system and they didn't show me as having ordered a WC subscription. It has been fixed now and is working. Again, thanks a bunch for everyone's input.
Yes, I made sure to cut and paste it correctly and I used links in the e-mail.
I am trying to find out why the serial number I just got in an e-mail is saying it is invalid when I enter into WinCustomize Browser? I purchased a subscription and I am cutting and pasting the serial directly from the e-mail... Help! I want to be able to use this darned thing Thanks in advance for any help someone can give me.
