I have been disappointed in the image quality of the .ico files that IconDeveloper produces compared to the original .png image, will this change if I pay for the enhanced version?
During the BETA there was a release that produced poor quality icons. We have since fixed that issue, so please give the final release code a try (the Trial or Enhanced version) and let me know if you are still disappointed. Thanks!
Whenever posting a problem with DeskScapes, it would help if you could please post the exact video card you are using and the exact video driver version. Thanks!
Many people ask this question. Displaying it on both monitors does not use an appreciable amount more of your CPU. It is a function of the graphics hardware.
Those applications will continue to be part of Object Desktop Ultimate.
I would try uninstalling DreamScene and reinstalling it again through the control panel.
Hi, In order to get back to your original icons you will need to reload MyColors (or install IconPackager) and reset your desktop to Aero. Then uninstall MyColors. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are researching why for some customers the live folder icons do not revert as designed. Why did you not like MyColors and uninstall it? We would like to hear about your experience. Thanks.
I was reading this article on the same subject coicidently this morning. http://jonesview.wordpress.com/2008/03/09/the-religion-of-global-warming/
Hello everyone. Let me introduce myself to those of you who do not know who I am. I'm a developer at Stardock (Pat if you want to go by my name) and I work on the server side of things here at Stardock. So that means I've worked on the part of the code that validates MyColors registrations. I've started reading through this thread (Sorry, I haven read all 100 replies yet) and have tested a couple of accounts which seam to be working properly for me (c
The next MyColors update will resolve the issue with MyColors telling the user they need to upgrade to WindowBlinds 6.02.
Having problems manually extracting the theme from the .MyColors (I use x64 with wb 6.1) and the WB looks... odd...This image has been resized. Click this bar to view the full image. The original image is sized 874x662 and weighs 542k.I checked the images before extracting it for the 2nd time... the images actually look like they do in the preview (so it looks this way when applied). Whats the deal with this? I use x64 and I cannot install MyColors so I am effectly screwed.
I forwarded this link on the developer. Hopefully we will have a fix shortly. Thanks for posting!
Thank you very much. We appreciate your feedback!!
I would also like to encourage you to use the latest build and post any issues you find. We believe most of the issues have been resolved.
For both Vista and XP the themes are in the same location: %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Stardock\CursorFX\Themes The installer has been updated to copy CurXPThemes from the previous thems folder to that location.
The freeware version is going to be updated later today. The build is SDC is 2.00.004 now.
Please give the latest build a shot with the returning to the Windows default cursor issue. Let us know if you still see the same issue or if it has been resolved for you. Thanks.
This issue has been resolved in the latest build (2.00.004). You can now download a CursorXP file and it will correctly import into CursorFX on Windows XP. Thank you for your feedback on this issue.
