Reply to Flickering icons with Fences 2 when using Folder Portals in Fences WinCustomize Forums

I've tried every available option, in all combinations, and still there is flickering with icons in Fences 2.11 under Windows 7. Is there any plan to fix the problem, or would it be possible to request a refund for an inferior and/or defective product not ready for sale?
