I have read the manuals and printed out many of the helpful threads here but I`m lost on this one. On a large Map at Easy setting I expanded quickly. However 2 of my systems defected to an independent ( or became independent ? ) This was within 10 turns of them being settled, so there was no time to build improvements. Just started playing the Game with the 1.1 patch & new install. On a medium map well into the Game I built a space station, added several constructors to upgrade and went to do other things, when I returned to the sector 8-10 turns later it has vanished. I was not at War, no space monsters. Did the whole thing again, 10+ turns later it`s gone, still not at war and no space monsters.
