Heavy Equipment Icon Package in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I'm creating a desktop theme using a beautiful pix of the World Trade Center at dusk as my wall paper. I tried to download the heavy equipment icon package (to symbolize the city's rebuilding efforts)and keep getting error messages that the page cannot be displayed. Each day I attempt to download I see that other seem to have no problem. I've tried everything. Any advice? Thanx, Tri
