yay for you!

I signed up on Dec 24, 2003, and just recently passed the 500 mark for posting random and totally useless articles. My girl was 6 when I started here, and she'll be 10 before my 'joeuser anniversary'. I've yet to physically meet anyone here, but exchange the occasional letter with some awesome people, and keep in touch via email with other people who have come and gone. I've sent some cards and a few gifts here and there, and are friends on both Myface and Spacebook with others here.
Because autumn usually brings out a bitterness in me, I've been spending a lot of time at home, or at other people's empty houses. I'm filled with rage these days; at drivers who don't know the rules of a four-way stop; at men who think that everyone has had a crush on them, at one point or another; and at a culmination of minor household catastrophes that include a n
http://myspace.com/stopsonadime i don't use it as frequently as i used to, but i love the audio component.
It's been a series of ups and downs, as usual. I've made some changes in my life, including a regular excercise routine (after 2 months a build-up to 60 minutes of cardio every 5 - 6 days), elimination of sugar in my diet (okay, Hallowe'en got me a bit), and a decrease of white foods (only 12 grain, whole wheat pasta, and brown rice. Yum.) My smoking has decreased be
I read. I laughed. I liked.
16 hours even for just one day is somethin'... good story, my friend.
Kelly: that was a great comment! Actually, I never really know what to write regarding poetry or some other creative writing attempts, but thanks for letting me know you were here! Codependency is a crazy thing. It takes awhile to even notice that it's happening, sometimes.
where are my butterflies and moths? Socially, I've become a different person. The title was kind of a nod at change. <TD class="mb-B
Happy, happy, my friend. Skydiving and whitewater rafting is cool for the adventurous, but lying on a beach sounds pretty nice, too. Best wishes!
You think you are so original, so one-of-a-kind, so obscure. Yet every night it’s the exact same thing, Drinking, kissing, fucking everything, Until it’s all hazy, all a blur. The next morning, as you come again, You call me Love, and explain That this thing we do, it’s something more, It’s not true, its something insane. Cra
I'm boring myself, lately. Too much socializing, and while some of it is work-related, it's starting to feel like habit. I don't know how the bigwigs do it, but there are so many events, performances, and meetings I should be attending, in order to promote both my position and my company. However, the majority of these events are surrounded by gossip and alcohol, bo
Happy, happy! Have a great day, Mason.
happy birthday to you both!!!!!
I've just gotten into text messaging, simply because it's cheaper than calling. Handy to type out "be there in 5" than waste the minutes. Having said that, there are ways to turn off text indicators or mute them. I'm not too quick at it, though.
I worked the door last night for a multi-disciplinary arts show. Mostly, it was an assortment of musicians/filmmakers playing their instruments while their projections ran on a white screen. I don't knock art. Or, at least, I try not to. I respect the creative process and certainly understand that there is no possible way to enjoy everything an artist does.
I like it, Ted. It's quite impressive.
Open, free, random acts of momentary pleasure, Flirting with strangers that become temporary lovers, Just one time, but the best time, Every night. Startle her with new techniques, Picked up from your passing fancies, There’s no pain in this, just a satisfaction of sorts, On repeat. Tuck in your shirt and wipe off that lipsti
I'm sorry, Cacto. Thinking of you.
Tell Kole that Noah says hi! Kole says hi back! It's funny, she's asked about him a bit this summer, and keeps reminding me that we should write. We WILL write, soon!
I'm late to the party, but I'll throw in my best wishes. I'm not around much anymore, but like you, I treasure the great people I've come to know. Good times, for certain.
My life is on hold these days, waiting for grants, phone calls and money to come in. I'm tired. So tired. I've been trying to kick my beer habit and spent the previous night sipping red wine, and later, Jägershots. Bad move, of course, but it seemed like a good idea at the time. Now, I'm cursed with a pounding headache that I don't dare complain about and h
Hey! I'm obsessed with guitars lately, too. I've got a loaner, as I'm just starting to learn, but I'm very happy thinking about buying one to call my own. Spain! Lucky you. Have fun, for sure.
-Maso, hey, I was thinking about you, too this weekend. I was talking with a friend about places I'd like to visit, and I said I'd like to see your neck of the woods, and you, of course! -Kelly, it's been a busy summer, and things are winding down, for a bit. I miss you, and yes, do write! Thanks for reading, everyone!
You know, I LOVE beer, but I absolutely cannot get my head around the idea of NA beer. It's like cheese in a can, nutrasweet, or watching a fight. It's better when it's the real thing.
