Stardock ForumsMy game stops everytime the Council demandes to exchange technologies. I give my opinion of how many have to be exchanged, I push the "Done"-button and than my CPU runs at 100%. Only choise is to restart the game with the last autosave and to hope the Councel have other bright ideas. Is it because i've just downloaded the latest patch ?
