I have always found the documentation on DX to be lacking a LOT, that was the reason i started to make some tutorials. I have not had time to make many more in the past few months (maybe if i got a job making them???). The best way to get support (for me) has been to get on IRC, ask a q, and see who can help. GR / Mike have been great helps to me with DX problems. Sometimes i have had to send an email to try and get some more help, and i have posted a few posts here to get some

I have been getting this: Since day one, I have reported it (a long time ago), but its really messy. It seems the "REMOVE" shifts things all over in FIREFOX. in IE it looks ok. BUT Based on the last pole, FF is what people are using to view this site! Other than this, and some flaky things happening with links, and uploads (i keep breaking things) I like the new look and speed of the site. <

Thanks MsPooma, But, I'm looking for VBscript "CODE" that i can use inside of a gadget I'm creating in DX. It would need to use VBScript to generate a listing i can then put into a drop down.

I have a need to be able to populate a drop down with a listing of installed fonts. Does anyone know if there is a way to accomplish this in DX (VBScript)? Thanks in advance!

I have no hardware that can run vista, not in a fashion that would make me want to USE it. I guess when XP becomes a dead product and our IT people THEN decide to switch to Vista (when the next OS is out), we will go to Vista. Till then, I will stick with XP SP2 (SP3 anyone?) I like it, it works, and its a corporate version that doesn't bitch when I blast my laptop every 9mo or so and start over. LOL

Really cool collection... Hope everyone enjoys the Holidays! Here are a few of my older (last year) Widgets (not gadgets, you need DesktopX) winter themed items: Link <a href="http://test.wincustomize.com/

I have to ask.... Why do so many people feel it is perfectly OK to jump down the "virtual" throat of any and everyone here? If you were STANDING next to this person, would you act the same way? And if the answer is NO, then maybe you need to re-think what you are going to post. I see so many threads that start off with someone wanting help on something, then someone else will "chime in" sometimes with good advice, or a question, and yes sometimes with them being a jerk. T

I have had a LOT of things that "LOOK" like they are in moderation, but are not in anything, they are just lost. Do like i do, go into IRC and GRIPE!!!! (oh wait, don't do it unless you want to be picked on)
