I think I hurt myself just now, dancing for joy....
Angloesque
Heh, does the Ban-M4ever spray come in colors....say, black ? You = clever.
My guess is that you were penning this rant all the way from NY to SLC with the stewardesses, sorry, flight attendants *cough* offering you six ounces of ice with two ounces of soda (bet they'd call it "large"). I've been known to rant. You should've heard me when I was planning a wedding.... but still, doesn't hold a candle to yours. Cheers. -A.
Well, Muggaz, I'm glad. There've been times when you've said something meaningful to me, too, so .... there. *grins awkwardly*
Yes, I think it's high time the government stepped in and regulated the sizes of drinks and their ounce allowance. -A. P.S. wish I could rant like you.... oh, well, something to aspire to now. *winks again*
If I click on it, will it go away? *click* dammit....
Can I be your business partner? I see good money here....
Muggaz, you're the only person I think I've ever seen apologize on JU, so even though we would disagree on many issues, that gives you huge points in my ledger. I'm not taking sides on this stupid thing 'cause I like you all. But I guess I just wanted to say, Chin up. You're a cool guy and I've really enjoyed your posts and your replies to mine. I would imagine that we could all work on delivery--I've deleted a couple of my own posts for that reason.
the ridiculous basis that it is a game of skill while stud is a game of chance That's got to go in one of those books of stupid laws. As for hold 'em vs. stud, I just have better luck at hold 'em. We play dealer's prerogative and rarely deviate from Texas Hold 'em. I don't think I've quite mast
Check out this site. It's called JibJab and it's got a hilarious satire or parody of Bush and Kerry.: Link Click on the "This Land" area. See Bush and Kerry go at it (look for the Dean scream, too). Also, JibJab was threatened with a lawsuit by the holders of the Woody Guthrie song in que
Yeah! H and I were even watching reruns of 2003 on our honeymoon. He was going for Moneymaker, I was going for Farha. Moneymaker was good but I think, wrongly I'm sure, that you shouldn't be allowed to hide behind sunglasses (ruins my perception of tobacco chawin', whiskey knockin', bandanna-ed cowboys in a saloon when you put one of 'em in sunglasses).
But if the filly in question is your wife/girlfriend then she has no right to refuse her marital obligations anyway, so consent is not an issue at all. Hey Sir Peter, old chap, I'd love to see you take that up with Lorena Bobbit.
Kingbee, I read in the Onion "Kennedy slain by CIA, Mafia, Castro, LBJ, Teamsters, Freemasons: President shot 129 times from 43 different angles." But maybe our islandic compatriots don't get that over there.
I'm a big fan of pretty much all forms of poker, and admit that I succumb to the current rage, Texas Hold 'em. Great game. Lots of strategy and mind games-- --which all turn to utter CRAP when playing with beginners. For one, there's beginner's luck. Last night we were teaching, teaching for crying out loud, our friends to play, and H went out
Huh. Well, now I feel like I must say something since I typed up a good two paragraphs and then deleted them. I really liked the idea there at the end....naming children after someone great, name on tombstone....dunno, it sticks. Anyway. Cheers. -A.
I was in England during the 2000 presidential election and someone sent me this mass e-mail. Maybe you've seen it, maybe not. Anyway. It's funny. NOTICE OF REVOCATION OF INDEPENDENCE To the citizens of the United States of America, In the light of your failure to elect a President of the USA and thus to govern yourselves, we hereby give noti
Aw, chipri, you guys missed all the good states. (Except Utah.)
Nice! I hope you get it, too.
Got some sticker shock in Hawaii during honeymoon. Here are our future Hawaiian plans: I. Travel 1. Have family/friends/self donate frequent flier miles = free 2. Swim / rowboat = free, but dead And on the island, 3. Rent U-Haul instead of rental car = $19.99 rather than $40 a day II. Lodging 1. Stay at creepy "gard

and, for the record, I'll use "soiree" any durn time I wanna Harumph.
*sputters with indignation* Good grief.
Ask lots of questions. Make a list in advance (I always forget what I'm going to ask). Don't drink caffeinated beverages beforehand--if your heart is pounding anyway, no reasont to put it into overdrive. And always go to the bathroom about 10 minutes before the interview. If you're a girl (Ramona?) and this isn't too weird, talcum powder on your hands keeps them from sw
Law, huh? I'd get your head checked. Have you tried clerking in a law office, or going to grad school and teaching PS; local government positions, internships (just to beef up resume)? I graduated not too long ago and was forced to find a temp agency. They got me a job within four days. But it hurt my ego.
Even if you took the title, I'd do it better Plbbbbbbbth! There's also an Onion Festival around here and a raw onion eating contest. (Mmmm. Anyone who is married and enters that must sleep on couch/in backyard for a week.) </fon
