My laptop's resolution is also at 1280x800 but when changing to my external monitor's which is at 1920x1080, the problem is still there. When changing opera's appearance setting to the native windows skin skin setting, i get the same results as emmfan.

Incompatibilities with Opera 10.50? in WindowBlinds Stardock Forums

Hi. I recently decided to try out opera 10.50 because apparently they claim that it is the fastest web browser now. Everything was working great until i tried to close opera and couldn't because the exit button wasn't working. Then i realized that windowblinds is not skinning opera correctly specifically the title bar. Has anyone else had this problem? Is this a known compatibility issue with opera?
