finding information in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I was wondering, where do you people find (good) information about how to skin? I mean, I have never skinned before but I want to try some things of my own (I am particularly interested in UIS1 skins). But I realy cannot find a way to start. I’ve looked at windowblinds.net but the tutorials are all “coming soon” for some time now, or just not there at all. I know that’s what the newsgroups are for, but before you can go and ask some meaningful questions you

PNG in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Hi all, Maybe a stupid question from a complete newbie, but what program do you use to create PNG files? I just tried saving a picture as a *.png but DesktopX comes up with something like: "...only supports 24 and 32 bit png" I used Micrografx PicturePublisher 8. BTW, how do I search these boards? Thanks
