From my experience the only guaranteed way to make sure you don't get any spam is to not give your email addy out to anything other than people you know. I keep an old Hotmail account handy for when I need to enter an email addy for a site. Otherwise I keep my yahoo and Gmail accounts strictly for actual, real human beings and I get very, very little spam.

She's just cranking out the achievements all of a sudden. It is interesting with little kids. It seems that they do that, make huge developmental leaps all at a time. Makes for very exciting times. Sounds like Krystal is growing up and having fun. Congrats to you all on her continued growth.

you forgot to add that. Heck, even if you don't think they are fair (which I certainly do BTW) you still need to play by them if you want to play here. It will never cease to amaze me that there are some people who seem to think they should be above the rules.

I don't want to think that I am trying to pick on a newer member here. I just find it interesting that there have been repeated explanations and communications that have attempted to explain things to her, but they just seem to pass her by. There are rules, and like them or not, if you want to play in the sandbox you gotta play by the rules.

Grrrrrr, I loathe the memories of O Chem. Bad, nasty, O Chem. Evil, vile O Chem. Okay, not really that bad. In fact I find it quite fascinating, but I also enjoy having it behind me.

And again, thanks Chip. There is something magical about walking along, my daughter's hand in mine. And walking with both, one on each side, is just sometimes transcendent. I hope that came out in the writing, just a bit.

Chip--Thanks so much. I haven't written poetry in years, but had a couple thoughts bouncing around, so I thought I would try to pen them and see how they turn out. I appreciate you stopping by and commenting.

First off you need to save the picture on your hard-drive. You can just hit the Prt Sc button on you keyboard, then open Paint or some other image software, hit paste, and then crop the photo down. Then post it somewhere on the net. As far as image programs I think the best one for this type of work is Irfanview Link Let me know if you need more help Tex.

She gently places her hand in mine Trusting her life to me Her delicate fingers clasp so tight swallowed up by my palm She smiles and sings skips with a laugh Her lilting lifting my soul We walk together two lives as one My little girl and I

I am leaving my blog open as bait for the spammer. I just dare him/her to tread the water. Then I will swoop down like an eagle and rip his/her beady little blogger spam right off. Mwahahahahaha.

GW, wow, I missed this the first time around. But thanks so much. I have enjoyed reading your work as well and will continue to do so. I too have found a heightened degree of enjoyment from blogging as of late.

1) Which of your beliefs are unshakable? Most all of them actually. My belief in God and the nature of man as children of God. My belief in The Savior Jesus Christ and His sacrifice and resurrection. My belief in continuous revelation through prophets. My belief in The Book of Mormon: Another Testament of Jesus Christ to be a companion volume of scripture to The Bible. I wrote enough to put anyone to sleep on the subject over here: <a hre
