Now, which one of the lyrics doesn't belong? If you answered "if the light is off then isn't on," you're correct. While the others represent movement of some kind, the last one states the obvious. That made me laugh. My wife has a degree in vocal instruction, is a classically trained vocalis

Only recently I wish I never burn those bridges... As the cliche goes, "hindsight is always 20/20". There are so many times I wish I could have known before hand what would happen from my actions. Don't we all feel that way at some times? Nevertheless, I think if we learn from those experiences, use

LadyCleve, having read your other article I think it was great you were not only able to get going in the dark morning, but that you were rewarded with a majestic sunrise. Just another example that after the trial comes the blessing. No matter how big or small.

Congratulations on your long, loyal service. It is people like you that really have earned my respect. I am glad that you seem to feel you are in a place you belong in. Congrats again!

Muggaz, I have had disagreements with you in the past, but would hope we have put those behind us. I have to echo those who have stated that we all (you, I, anyone here) need to understand there are rules to play by. Perhaps we don't like them, perhaps we feel they are applied with some bias. Nevertheless, there they are. All comments in this blog aside, the power is yours to make the ultimate decision as

To be quite honest Phoenixboi, I have been composing a pretty lengthy entry along these lines as my 100th blog. It is too large to post here, I will just toss that idea out so when it pops up in a couple weeks you will know that I wasn't really trying to steal your idea, we just thought the same thing at about the same time. Thanks for sharing yours with us.

That was very entertaining. So I suppose you are in big trouble if you are the snorer and the farter, eh?

In answer to your question, I don't know. But what I do know is that if you invite someone and they accept, their new gmail address is automatically added to your address book, and yours will be in theirs the moment their account is created. Now, if they go and invite someone, it doesn't make it back to me. So the network of contacts stays limited between the inviter and invitee. What are they doing with this behind the scenes? That is anyone's gu

Would the active cultures in yogurt help, Probably not. They add digestive, good bacteria in little children's naive guts, but with biliary colic that isn't the problem. Just got to take it easy, no dairy, low fat. Get feeling better!

Thanks to all for your comments. It was something I had been thinking about in the back of my mind for a bit, and Dharma's blog brought it right up to the forefront. We all break during our lives. I think the real question is, when we realize we have broken something, what do we want to do about it? Roll around in the detritus and mire of it? Or do we get up, brush ourselves off, and resolve to build more?

This article was, in part, inspired by Dharma's comments over here . It has been said that the only constant in the world is change. I couldn't agree more. Every day we have a chance to make choices. Choices that will either move us forward or hold us ba

I have been thinking the same thing today Dharma, in fact I was just going to write something about it. Hope you don't mind being my inspiriation! Some people just need to stand on top of others. And they don't care how they get there, who they have to step over, or who gets ground under their heels. It doesn't matter to them. As long as they get where and what they want. I don't get it.

I grabbed her by the arm, and pulled her back out the door. As I was walking back in and pulling the door shut behind me Brilliant. Simply brilliant. Oh how I wish I could have seen that. Seriously, that was great. Sorry the day didn't get any better though. I wonder, is it that chivalry ha

Glad it helped chiprj. If it doesn't seem to be working for you let me know. I don't know much HTML myself, but have found some good tutorials on the web and have played around a bit. It has been a lot of fun.

It is really a shame that in this day and age a cover like this one would be laughed at, but we are okay with near nudity and blatant sexuality in pop-tartlets that are still more children than adults. Acid washed jeans! Oh how I miss them (not really though). I do remember this song quite clearly. It was shortly after this I stopped listening to pop music. Nice review.

Oh man, every time I read an article like this I look at my two gorgeous, beautiful, angelic (snicker) daughters and get skeered. Really, really skeered. They are going to confuse me, frustrate me, and drive me up the wall. I see my sisters doing it to my father right now. Ugh, best of luck to you and Dave both.

Well, here is a quick and dirty HTML lesson for placing links wherever you want in an article. I will insert one in text for fun. Blahblah blah blah blhalbhalbla (a href="http://www.theurlofthesitehere.com")The Name I want for the link all goes here(/a) blah blah blah blah blah. Now, the most important thing to do is to change every ( to a . Had I used the it would have show up as an actual link and you

Thanks so much TC. This was a pretty important article for me to write because it allowed me to open myself up to folks here, especially those I felt a connection to. To let them know more about me was a bit scary, but I am glad I did it.

I too have noticed it, but I suppose I am sufficiently undiscriminating that I don't really care. I just don't eat them often enough to be picky I suppose. But then again, after my time in Guatemala I found that I will eat anything, as long as it isn't still moving.

From my experience Gideon, sports ones aren't the only ones. Entertainment blogs can often fall by the wayside as well. Very few of my "Song of the Day" posts get any comments. I completely understand that much of this is due to my taste in music, and don't begrudge it one bit. Just an observation I have made. Then again, my OS customization ones rarely get replies either, but often have become featured articles, so have ended up my biggest point
