This is an issue that hits me close to home. I just wanted to say that I agree that the best thing you can do for your kids is to have a happy, healthy marital relationship. It's not always easy but I think it's always worth the effort and prayers to keep a family together.

Super delegates are not more important. They really should be considered automatic delegates not super delegates. They are seated automatically based on their status as current or former Democratic office holders. They are about 20% of delegates. I think Hillary SHOULD absolutely stay in the race and let the primary season run its course. It sounds like you have a great attitude. It can be discouraging when you don't see the difference on the scale but keep at it. The scale is just feed back on what you've done the past week. I think I would be too self-conscious. We actually have a nudist colony in my county and they have a 5k - the bare buns run, clothing optional. I always tease that I'm going to enter some year. I guess we all have the same bits and pieces when it comes down to it though.
