but at $400 US (more in Oz dollars) they're a bit out of my price range at this time
That's what I was trying to tell you my friend, I didn't pay the full retail price for my set. I found mine at eBay (NIB) for $215. If I had to pay $400 bucks, I wouldn't have bought them, I would have gone with Klipsch or Bose for that kind of money. But the cold part is that these top brands aren't as versatile and can't integrate as much as the Z-5500s. Check out

;p Scratch my last statement Starkers. I looked up your X-530's and there's no on-board digital connection. If you like the sound of your Logitech speakers, the Z-5500's 505 watts (total RMS) will blow your roof off! They're just plain scary! And most of all, they're cheap! Got mine off of eBay for $215 smackers over 2 years ago! The THX Certified by Lucas Arts Z-5500's decoder controls my PC sound, TV, DVD w/ DTS, VCR, iPod and head phones, all at once. I don't play vide
it wasn't changed when I swapped over to the Logitech 5.1's
X-530's. I'm pretty familiar with the 5500's and the Z-680's decoders. I'm running Logitech's Z-5500's with a Sound Blaster Audigy 2 external USB connected with a fiber optic tos-link Starkers. As far as sound and interference-free connectivity and performance it's virtually flawless. Bottom line CD and MP3's is digitized music and Logitech speakers are digital. You're cheating your ears play

Sir Starkers: I've read all of the responses of this forum and most of these suggestions are good ones. I have 2 questions though which may have been an over-sight but not mentioned. You see where I'm going with this? If you've always had this issue, chances ar
I download your screenshot. I open it in paint I match the color of the blue background I paint over the icons I select the "core" background and cut it out I paste in on a new blue background Look! New wallpaper used without permission!
If this is the case, then yeah, unfortunately the shot should be rejected to protect the work of the original wall artist Duke! This is not an insult or a direct attack on your setups. :p <br/
1. WB does have some problems with certain programs even on vista....granted using the exceptions generally solves that 2. The vast majority of skins for WB have compatibility problems with programs and the OS. I have found that very few skins work properly with vista media center.
The only problem with this opinion TechMedik and this isn't disagreeing with your thoughts, but I've been using WindowBlinds and Stardock products since 2003. I run both Vista
