Is permission to use the widgets in the Widgets for Skin Studio section implied? In other words, if I were to download some buttons or something, and modify them for a skin, do I still need to ask permission? I would imagine I do, but I'm curious. Thanks...

I've played with it some and skinning Mozilla/Firebird makes editing a sendmail.cf look like childs play. Unfortunately, until someone writes a decent gui, I don't think we'll see any sort of explosion in themes for these browsers.

Probably because of a firewall protecting that network. If that's not it, then your netmask, default gateway, or a number of other things could be wrong. Personally, I've never seen your netmask used. That would me your IP is the only IP on that segment. By the octets you list, I would assume you are talking about the netmask or subnet mask and not your actual IP.. These four sets of octets are used in network segmenting. They bassically tell what address are or are not part of your network segment. In the case you mention...no, a subnet of 222.222.222.0 will not mean you can scan for 222.222.222.0 till 255.
