This movie seemed to have some medieval aspects to it such as the women dressed like nuns, the devil and his baby. Otherwise is was fairly true to the Biblical accounts. The actor portray such love during the non brutal parts that the death scenes meant so much more. It was an innocent man who voluntarily died for our sins, who was on that cross. Then to see him ressurected completely healed was also beautiful.

This is terrlble. I hadn't heard about it.
Pain is part of life. The best way to deal with it is to go through it. If you can tell someone about it it lessens it. It doesn't have to be a particular person, just someone sympathetic. Writing can help, too.
I wonder if part of the problem is the government of Australia which allows people to come in without requiring them to learn the English language and the Australian culture As to looking you in the eye--that it probably a cultural thing. They may be doing what is polite in their culture but not in yours. I know from talking with new immigrants that moving to a totally diferent culture is overwhelming. In the U.S. most of the immigrants were paired
I saw the movie and was moved by it. I am a Christian because Christ died for me. He showed the ultimate of love that he voluntarily went through that horrible death for me. He was the ultimate victim for all of the other victims of the world. In the middle of the violent and bloody scenes of the crucifixion were scenes which demonstrated his love for those around him. The love that impels you and me to care for those who live in poverty and oppre
This is unfortunately true.
Whenever I think of Jesus on the cross as portrayed by the Passion of Christ, I realize that beating myself up is wrong. Life in Christ is such a wonderful gift, it is a sin to refuse it.
Actually if you work with these people, you realize that what you say is true. On the other hand what about the police and all the other law enforcement agencies. Do they perpetuate crime?
I'm glad I didn't have to deal with any of that. I had a simple wedding which I mostly did myself. But twenty five years ago, my friends had hippie weddings and one of my friends made her dress from a lace table cloth--it looked like one too. Only one of my friends had a completely traditional wedding with tons of bride's maids, etc. Just don't fret the stuff and enjoy your wedding.
What a picture.
Some blogs are hard to comment on, because I don't understand them. I honestly don't choose a blog just because a person I know wrote it, but because of the title.
No one who debates these issues really considers either the mother or the children. To one side abortion is a right. To the other side abortion is murder. Abortion is a serious matter. Killing an unborn human being has consequences. Keeping an unwanted child has even worse consequences. There is no good thing to do in this matter. Our society should and could work towards preventing unwanted pregnancies. Children once they are born would be we
The problem with the debate on abortion is that neither side is willing to acknowledge that they have some goals that are the same. That is making all children wanted and eliminating unwanted pregnancies. If instead of attacking each other, they both worked on the solution, then women wouldn't have to choose abortions. Giving a child away for adoption is far more painful than having an abortion. The same people who vote against affordable housing, j
Worst president--that's pretty stiff competition, however, I think he wins hands down.
I wonder if we'll still think the war was helpful ten years from now. Will Sadaam be replaced by another tyrant? It happened in Haiti.
Very funny, imajinit. Angloesque, I think you are very brave and smart to have done what you did. Plagarism is a very serious problem for a student. One of my professors committed plagarism and it changed him from being arrogant, to having some humility. He went on to be a great Bible scholar, but he didn't take anymore shortcuts. Btw, he was failed and kicked out of school, also.
There are many types of poor people. Some of them are like the ones you are talking about, but not all. I've met those types and I've met ones who were hard working but didn't have the education or skills to have a high income job.
A lot of countries have good constitutions and lousy governments. Law doesn't always means the same things to everyone.
You will also do an awesome job--already your are a light, here.
Why do you want to be a pediatric neurologist? You obviously don't have the ability to do it. I suspect your illness is due to your stubborn refusal to face the facts. Once you do that your illness will clean up and your grades improve. It is a myth that we can be whatever we set our minds to do. You can learn enough about neurology to write about it. You may be able to use your writing ability to communicate to others your interest in a way that
Lent may not have Christian origins, but fasting has been practiced by the church since Christ's ascension.
We may be different but we are both human.
People in the past used to listen to very long speeches, also. Because television is a visual medium, the spoken and written word has become less important. In addition, having all the news being bought up by a few corporations has made for less competition and more entertainment.
This is one blog where the replies are far more interesting than the post itself.
Even if the ads don't make you want to buy the car, etc., they do change your perception of the world. Good observations.
