If this doesn't happen at Denny's now--why should it happen at your fancy restaurant. Equality and bad manners are not equal. Many poor people are very strict with their children and wear only their best clothes to church on Sunday. The rudest behavior I encountered in a restaurant was from a group of young well off adults who drank too many bottles of champagne. Rudeness has nothing to do with poverty just lack of respect.

I wondered what you'd found out. I've had this type of surgery but the cysts were small, so I didn't hurt to bad. You may hurt worse than I did. Basically you feel tired after surgery and the next day you are a little sore. It wasn't much--but it may be worse in your case. Hopefully you won't get more of them. Some women do. I had them once on both breasts. If it hurts a lot tell the doctor.
