JoeUser ForumsI disagree. 1-The student's thus far have acted very responsibly, and more often than not with consistency. 2-It does empower the students to a degree to have some kind of a voice and opinion about their teachers. 3-I'm a Guidance Counselor, and use the ratings in a few ways. One way is to get feedback from the students about my efforts. Am I ok in continuing to do what I'm doing, or do I need to improve in particular ways. If a few or more students comment about a
