Want a piece of advice? Don't install a single patch at all . We have a great game as it is .. i was having "the end of turn DOOM CTD". No more pacience for this .. reinstall from scratch, new Civilization, and NO fuckin' CTD's. Tha'General signing off .. (go spirit go.., and find your sister beagle in the way) :D

Your game CTD every time in the same turn, when you press the end turn button right? this worked for me: - save al your savegames, and then do a complete cleanup, remove all savegame files from data/SaveGames, except a unique valid savegame. Then, in the game, save to a new savegame, try a contiguous word like "capacabana". Then load that game .. and you have a good chance to continue this awesome good game. - if this didn't worked, try to change stuff in that turn, drastic thi
