Object Dock - no longer able to submit .zip files??? in WinCustomize Site Issues WinCustomize Forums

So, i just finished a new icon pack, i created my preview, and i put the icons in a .zip file... i go to submit it, and in nice evil red letteres it tells me i cannot, because i can only submit my file as a ".odock" file. Does this mean that we can no longer submit our icons as .zip files?? Or did i miss something in the submission process??

I currently have a plug-in for photoshop that allows me to save to .ico files, but only in 192x192 pixels, and not a a great quality. I am curious what you guys use to save your .ico files. Im looking for one that can save to 256x256, with professional quality. If you guys know any good programs/plug-ins for photoshop, let me know please!!
