Reply to Vista Boot Skins in New Releases WinCustomize Forums

I have a new dell inspiron notebook. I purchased the new object desktop package and installed it on the laptop. every thing works fine except vista bootskins. When I attempt to download some skins (vista skins) they will not download, I even saved the download to the desktop and the opened tried to install by installing from the desktop download and does not work either. What am I doing wrong???? Uncle Larry.
